About the marketplace
These terms apply to AmericanGlobalMarketing.com, the American Global Marketing marketplace (an AGM platform based in Irvine, California). The site helps businesses discover and contact independent marketing agencies and professionals.
Independent providers
Agency services are provided by the listed businesses, not by the marketplace. A profile, review or placement is not a certification, endorsement or guarantee of credentials, quality, availability or results. Evaluate providers independently. Project scope, fees, delivery, disputes and refunds for agency services are matters between you and the provider.
Accounts and listings
Use accurate information, keep your account credentials secure and submit a profile only for a business you are authorized to represent. Keep your services and contact details current. Do not impersonate another business or submit misleading claims.
Content and reviews
Only submit material you own or have permission to publish. You retain ownership of your content and permit American Global Marketing to display and format it as part of your profile and operation of the marketplace. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be fabricated, purchased, threatening or disclose another person’s private information.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for fraud, spam, unlawful services, harassment, infringement, unauthorized data collection or attempts to disrupt the website or access other accounts. We may moderate, suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules, are misleading or pose a security risk.
Free listings and future features
Agency listings are currently free. No paid marketplace subscription is currently offered. If optional paid features are introduced, prices, renewal terms and cancellation or refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase. No existing free profile will be enrolled in a paid subscription without an explicit purchase.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain a useful directory but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the marketplace is provided as available without guarantees of business outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Closing a profile
You may request removal of your profile or account by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
